Allotment of room/s shall be at the discretion of the resort management and requests may be accepted subject to availability.
It is mandatory for every individual to carry his or her ID Proof. Rooms (even pre-booked rooms) cannot be allotted without ID Proof. No requests shall be entertained in this regards as it is a rule enforced by the law authorities of the state and country.
Provision of early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and is at the discretion of the resort management.
Non-availability of any facility during your stay due to any unavoidable / technical reason is possible. The management regrets such incidents from beforehand.
Outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited inside the resort premises.
Vehicles should be parked only in the allowed parking area at owner’s risk.
Display of public nuisance, disturbance to other guests and other offensive acts by guest/s shall lead to immediate check-out and additional demurrage charge if any shall be charged. No amount shall be refunded in such cases.
Loud sound or music is prohibited between 10 pm to 10 am for the comfort of all guests, except if organized by the resort on special occasions. It is requested to keep personal sound systems within acceptable limits at all times.
For any kind of loss or damage to property, demurrage charges may be charged as per the decision of the resort management.
Driver’s sleeping facility is available in non AC room at ₹500/- per night.
Our resorts are pet-friendly and allow pets at extra charges. But any disturbance or loss to property or other guests due to the acts of the pet/s can be penalized monetarily or by immediate check-out, as per the decision of the resort management.
SWIMMING POOL RULES (at Mandarmani)
Swimming Pool timing: 7am. – 10pm.
No one will be allowed inside the pool without proper swimming costume.
Swimming costume can be purchased from the resort (subject to availability).
Swimming pool should be entered after prior shower.
Dirtying of pool and pool area by guest may lead to penalty as decided by the resort management.
Guest/s should avoid making any personal arrangement in and around the pool area that can disturb other guests.
BOOKING RULES
Booking confirmation is subject to 100% advance payment of room charges.
Verbal or pencil bookings shall not be entertained.
Bookings cannot be cancelled and refunded, but can be postponed to up to 180 days from the booked arrival date. If not availed within 180 days, the booking amount cannot be refunded.
Postponement may not be possible if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date and 100% booking amount will then be forfeited.
Our reservation team will help you with available dates for revised booking, but it might be difficult to guarantee booking for your desired date/s.
If booked through travel agents, online portals, etc, please go through our policies before making payment. Any miscommunication between travel partners, online portals, etc and guests shall not be our responsibility. It is always advisable to check your booking with us, on receiving any confirmation.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
